The CYCA is encouraging residents to host parties for their neighbors. The first 20 parties to notify the CYCA Safety Chairman Robert Grisham at robe...@gmail.com will be entitled to be reimbursed for up to $50 in food costs with their receipts. Target will be delivering goodies to the parties again this year so sign up early!
