The drama that is the Overton Square redevelopment saga continues in top form after yesterday’s meeting with City Councilman Shea Flinn. The demolition permit submission will be delayed until at least February and Memphis Regional Design Center (MRDC) will have a survey for people to relay their desires to the developers.
