We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Celtic Crossing Irish Pub and Restaurant for this year’s Irish Beer Dinner. A part of the proceeds from each ticket sold will go to benefit the Cooper-Young Community Association’s Beautification Efforts, including the upcoming Trestle Solar project. We are very excited and we want YOU to be a part of the fun!
Tickets are $50 per person, or $90 per couple and the menu looks fantastic!

- First Course: Roasted Chicken and Vegetable Skink
- Second Course: Celery, Apple and Romaine Salad with Stout Braised Short Rib and Horseradish Dressing
- Third Course: Galway Smoked Salmon with Turnip & Potato Hash, Watercress, Cheddar & Herb Roasted Shallot, Bacon, and Parsley Puree
- Dessert: Irish Apple Cake with Bailey’s Cream
In addition, there will be a serving of beer from Samuel Adams before the first course, samples of paired beers with each course and also a post-dinner beer is likely. Great beer and great food for a great cause!
