The Festival Friday 4-Miler Committee is holding a contest this year for the artwork that will appear on its signs, t-shirts, website, and prizes. With the number of talented artists we have here in Cooper-Young, we know we’ll wind up with some great designs!
To participate, simply design artwork that includes the following components:
- Imagery of the trestle on Cooper
- The title of the event: Cooper-Young Festival Friday 4-Miler
- The date of the event: September 14, 2018
Then submit your digital, vector file to info@cooperyoung.org by March 15. Winners receive $300, bragging rights for life, their picture in The Lamplighter, and two free race entries! We’ll notify the winner by the end of the month. We can’t wait to see what you come up with! — Stephanie Gonzalez
