If you haven't yet, please take the dog to a vet to be checked for a chip.  You can also call and take the dog to Memphis Animal Services to see if it matches the report of a lost dog and file a found dog report. 

You might want to put ads on Craigslist, the Commercial Appeal and the Memphis Humane Society sites too, since those are common places people look if they have lost their dog.  Also, you can post it on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/lostan…..idsouth.  That page is an aggregate of lost and found pets and is very popular.
