In 2025 we had our first Cooper-Young Cat Walk and it was great fun. So of course we are bringing it back this year. We'll be having the second annual CY Cat Walk on Sunday, May 31, at 2:00 PM. So, guess what we need? That's right -- neighborhood cats! This post is our last call for neighborhood cats. Not all can be chosen but please sign up and you'll be hearing from us. ⁠

Did you know that the CYCA facilitates a sidewalk

Did you know that the CYCA facilitates a sidewalk replacement program that covers 50% of homeowners' cost to get new sidewalks? Every year we apply for both City Council and County Commission grant funds which we then use to help homeowners replace their sidewalks. Since its inception in 2023, we have channeled around $39,000 in funds to help replace 49 residents sidewalks. And you can sign up at any time! Please keep in mind we have a list we are working through, so there will be a wait - but we plan to keep applying for these funds and replacing sidewalks! ⁠
