Do you feel out of the loop when it comes to Cooper-Young news? Here are a few ways to make sure you’re getting all of the news and updates the CYCA puts out.
Read the LampLighter. The LampLighter is the official newspaper of the CYCA. The first couple of pages are generally full of community news, event descriptions and announcements. The paper is available in restaurants and bars around the neighborhood, at the CYCA office and is hand delivered by volunteers to CY addresses.
Attend our monthly meeting. The CYCA holds a general meeting the second Tuesday of each month. We provide refreshments and get started at 6 p.m. with some socialization. The meeting usually kicks off around 6:15 or 6:20 with announcements.
Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram! Simply search for the Cooper-Young Community Association on whatever social media platform you use and follow or like us to get timely updates and some fun stuff too.
