Hey y'all -- its about that time! The Porchfest 20 Hey y'all -- its about that time! The Porchfest 2026 map + schedule are live on our website! This year we have a record 190 bands playing on 55 porches all across our amazing neighborhood.⁠ ⁠ Join us Saturday, April 18 from 12–6 PM for a full afternoon of music and community across Cooper-Young. We can’t wait to celebrate with you. A special thanks to Steve Womack State Farm, our presenting sponsor, as well as sponsors Bain BBQ, Archer Recording Studio, Cooper-Young Gallery & Gifts, Arts Memphis, TLC CLosing, and Memphis Whistle!!! ⁠ ⁠ Stop by the gazebo starting at 11 AM— the CYCA will be selling shirts and handing out paper maps (while supplies last). That's right, we'll be holding our annual Executive Committee election both online and in person (at our April General Meeting, on Tuesday at 6:00 PM, at 2298 Young Ave). Cooper-Young Porchfest returns April 18—bigger tha Cooper-Young Porchfest returns April 18—bigger than ever, with 50 porches and more bands than ever before. Join us for a spring day of live music, neighborhood connection, and front-porch energy that brings the whole community together.
Come to the CYCA General Meeting on Tuesday, April Come to the CYCA General Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 6:00 PM at 2298 Young Ave, to learn about current issues in Memphis affecting our immigrant neighbors with Casey Bryant, executive director of @airlegaltn Advocates for Immigrant Rights (and Cooper-Young resident!) Casey will share insights into the challenges many immigrant families are currently facing, as well as ways our community can stay informed, engaged, and supportive. ⁠ ⁠ We'll be collecting self stable food and toiletries for the Immigrant Pantry so please consider coming with a donation!
