Cooper-Young restaurant Strano! Is hosting its first wine tasting event Thursday, June 8, at the restaurant, 948 S. Cooper.
The event will feature Italian wines from Crown Distributors presented by Bobby Maulpin and paired with a four-course Sicilian meal prepared by Strano! Chef Josh Steiner. Highlights from the menu include fig and burrata and honey, thyme, and ricotta bruschetta both paired with an Avissi prosecco and a pepper crusted New York Strip with a Stemmari pinot noir.
